When "Citation settings" is selected, a list of all the citation styles currently installed will be displayed.

When Mendeley Cite is first accessed with your Mendeley account, the selected style will be APA and the tab will display the top 10 most common citation styles.

Change the style by selecting "Change citation style", choose the citation style preferred and click "Update citation style".

Mendeley Cite allows the user to change the citation style being used - even after the citations and bibliography have been finished.

Click on the language desired and select "Update citation language" to apply the language to the chosen style. The updated language can be seen in the "Citation settings" tab.

The citation language will change how styles are formatted according to the selected language, such as date format and grammar.

Please note that certain citation styles have a predefined language associated with them. For these citation styles, it is not possible to change the language.
