The Mendeley Reference Manager automatically organises your references into collections.
All References - references added to your library in the last 30 days.
Recently Read - list of the most recent PDF files opened in the last 30 days.
Favorites - references marked as favourites.
My Publications - this collection displays the publications you have authorised and claimed through your Scopus Author Profile.
Trash - references you have deleted from your library.
Customised collections enable the organisation your references.
Adding a reference to a collection in your Mendeley library does not relocate the reference; any references added to a collection will continue to appear in All References. If a collection is deleted, the references will still be available in All References.
To create a new collection, select New Collection from the left-hand navigation panel.
To add a reference to a collection, drag the references to the desired collection. Only one reference can be dragged at a time.
Several references can be sent to a collection; select the desired references and then click on Organize and indicate the folder to which the selected references are to be sent.
